通过文献梳理紫苏叶的功效及代表方剂,概述紫苏叶的现代药理作用及其在皮肤病的临床应用。紫苏叶功效主要体现在气、血两方面,具有下气除满、祛寒温中、补中益气、发表通里、和血散血、和营通脉等作用。历代医家常用含紫苏叶方剂内服、外用治疗皮肤病并取得良效,部分方剂沿用至今。紫苏叶具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗过敏作用,为其治疗现代临床皮肤病提供了科学依据。并附验案1则。

The efficacy of Perillae Folium and its representative formulas are reviewed in the literature,and its modern pharmacological effects and clinical applications in skin diseases are outlined.The efficacy of Perillae Folium is mainly reflected in two aspects of qi and blood,with descending qi and removing swelling,dispelling cold and warming spleen-stomach,invigorating spleen-stomach and replenishing qi,relieving superficies and catharsis,harmonizing blood and dispersing blood,and harmonizing Ying and dredging blood vessels.Generations of doctors commonly used formulas containing Perillae Folium for internal and external in the treatment of skin diseases and achieved good results,and then some formulas are still in use today.Perillae Folium have antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial,and anti-allergic effects,and provide scientific basis for the modern treatment of skin diseases.One proven case is presented.
