远程心电人工智能技术在急性冠脉综合征诊疗中的应用进展

摘要 近年来,远程心电监测与人工智能技术相结合,极大地辅助了心血管疾病的诊疗,并显示出极其广阔的发展前景。本文概述了远程心电人工智能技术在急性冠脉综合征的智能诊断、分级诊疗、预后评估及个体化管理等方面的应用进展,以及在此基础上我国逐步构建完善的心脏主动健康智能管理体系。 In recent years,the combination of remote ECG monitoring and artificial intelligence(AI)technology has greatly assisted the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and shows extremely broad development prospect.This paper summarizes the progress in the application of AI-based remote ECG monitoring technology in the intelligent diagnosis,hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,prognosis evaluation,and individualized management of acute coronary syndrome.It also introduces the active health intelligent management system of the heart which has been constructed and gradually improved in China on this basis.
