摘要
试验旨在探索硒化黄芪多糖(APSSe)对蛋鸡生长性能、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响。160只1日龄海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,黄芪多糖(APS)组在基础日粮中添加0.15 g/kg APS,亚硒酸钠(SSe)组在基础日粮中以SSe形式添加0.3 mg/kg硒,APSSe组在基础日粮中添加APSSe(含0.3 mg/kg硒和0.15 g/kg APS)。试验至21和42日龄,检测蛋鸡生长性能、脏器指数和血清中抗氧化因子、免疫球蛋白和细胞因子含量。结果显示:与对照组相比,APS组、SSe组、APSSe组蛋鸡21、42日龄平均体重以及试验期间平均日增重显著增加,料重比显著降低(P<0.05),APSSe组21日龄血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量显著提高(P<0.05),42日龄血清SOD活性、T-AOC、IgM、肠道分泌型免疫球蛋白A(sIgA)、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、TNF-α和IFN-γ含量显著提高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);与APS组和SSe组相比,APSSe组显著提高21日龄血清SOD活性、MDA、TNF-α、IFN-γ含量(P<0.05)以及42日龄血清SOD活性和IFN-γ含量(P<0.05),显著降低MDA含量(P<0.05)。研究表明,APSSe能改善蛋鸡抗氧化能力和免疫功能,促进蛋鸡生长,部分效果优于单一使用APS和SSe。
To explore the effects of selenized Astragalus polysaccharides(APSSe)on growth performance,antioxidant capaci-ty and immune function of laying hens,a total of 1601-day-age healthy Hy-Line Brown laying hens were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 4 replicates in each group and 10 chickens in each replicate.The control group was fed with a basal diet,Astraga-lus polysaccharide(APS)group was fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0.15 g/kg APS,sodium selenite(SSe)group was fed with 0.3 mg/kg selenium(Se),and APSSe group was fed with the basal diet supplemented with APSSe(0.3 mg/kg Se and 0.15 g/kg APS).The growth performance,organ index,and serum levels of antioxidant factors,immunoglobulins,cytokines were determined on day 21 and day 42.The results showed that compared with the control group,average body weight on day 21 and day 42 and av-erage daily gain in trail period of APS,SSe and APSSe groups were significantly increased,and feed/gain ratio was decreased(P<0.05).The superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),and the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)in serum on day 21 in APSSe group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and SOD activity,T-AOC activity,the contents of IgM,secreted IgA(sIgA),IL-2,IL-4,IL-10,TNF-αand IFN-γin serum on day 42 were increased and malonaldehyde(MDA)content on day 42 was decreased in APSSe group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Compared with APS and SSe groups,SOD activity,MDA content,and TNF-αand IFN-γlevels on day 21(P<0.05),and SOD activity and IFN-γin serum on day 42 in APSSe group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while MDA content on day 42 was significantly reduced(P<0.05).These results indicated that APSSe could improve the antioxidant capacity,immune function and growth performance of laying hens,and its partial effects were better than supplementation of APS or SSe alone.
