禀赋异质性对林下经济经营主体集约化技术采纳的影响——以大兴安岭国有林区为例

摘要 基于整合型技术接受理论对国有林区林下经济经营主体集约化技术采纳行为的内在影响机理进行实证分析,结果表明:依据聚类划分的高禀赋与低禀赋两类林下经济经营主体异质性主要体现在自评健康情况、技术感知等方面,高禀赋经营主体的社会影响和促进因素、低禀赋经营主体的努力期望和绩效期望均会影响其采纳行为,低禀赋经营主体对社会长远利益的衡量弱于高禀赋主体。最后,提出建立政府+经营主体+企业的1+m+n合作模式,发挥高禀赋经营主体在新型干燥技术应用过程中的模范作用,带动易受努力期望影响的低禀赋经营主体等政策启示,以驱动集约化加工方式的采纳与普及,缓解职工生计难题。 Based on UTAUT model,the internal influence mechanism of the intensive technology adoption behavior of NTFP management subjects in state-owned forest areas is empirically analyzed.The results show that the heterogeneity of the two types of management subjects divided according to clustering is mainly reflected in the aspects of self-assessment of health,and technical perception,the social influence and promotion factors of high endowment group,the effort expectation and performance expectation of low endowment group affect adoption behavior,the measurement of long-term social benefits of low endowment management subject is weaker than that of high endowment management subject.Based on the research results,it is proposed to establish a 1+M+N cooperation model of government+management subjects+enterprises,give play to the exemplary role of high-endowed management subject in the application of new drying technology,and drive low-endowed management subject who are more susceptible to the expectation of effort,so as to drive the adoption and popularization of intensive processing methods,alleviate the livelihood problems of employees.
