三维打印技术在复杂主动脉疾病腔内手术分支重建中的作用

摘要 三维(3D)打印技术又称快速成型技术,因可促进外科手术个体化、精确化发展而受到广泛关注。复杂主动脉疾病是血管外科常见且凶险的一类疾病,腔内手术是其主要治疗方式,但手术中分支动脉重建失败导致分支血供障碍、术后内漏等并发症是这类手术方法的技术难题。为解决这些难题,3D打印技术逐渐被应用于分支重建手术中。3D打印技术最早被用于辅助手术决策、术前支架释放模拟,在完善灭菌标准后被应用于引导支架预开窗。随着制作工艺的发展,个体化定制分支支架可能成为未来发展方向。
