既有建筑增设地下车库施工技术研究

摘要 随着既有小区停车位越来越紧张,既有建筑增设地下车库的需求将更加迫切。本文阐述了两种增设地下车库施工技术,逆作法施工技术与平推逆作法施工技术。对逆作法施工工艺进行了详细论述,包括基础扩大托换与桩基托换、地下连续墙的施工以及针对增设地下车库时土方开挖需要注意的事项。同时,介绍了可用于支护施工的装配式叠合剪力墙,对其在地下空间开发中的作用进行论述,并提出了在使用中可能会遇到的问题,以期为既有建筑地下空间开发提供技术参考。 As parking spaces in existing residential areas become increasingly scarce,the demand for adding underground garages to existing buildings are becoming more urgent.This article elaborates on two construction techniques for adding underground garage,namely the reverse construction method and the flat-push reverse construction method.A detailed discussion is given on the reverse construction process,including foundation expansion and pile foundation replacement,construction of underground continuous walls,and precautions for earthwork excavation when adding underground garage.At the same time,the prefabricated composite shear wall that can be used for support construction is introduced,its role in underground space development is discussed,and the problems that may be encountered in use are proposed,in order to provide technical reference for the development of underground spaces in existing buildings.
