铁路货车铸钢件试验与仿真符合精度研究

摘要 铁路货车铸钢件的仿真试验符合精度影响因素主要为实物与设计模型差别、试验细节、仿真方法。采用因果分析、过程分析、实物检测、试验研究、仿真分析等研究方法,提出对铸钢件模型精度、试验细节、仿真方法的改进思路。利用改进思路确定合理的试验与仿真方法,并在某出口车产品的铸钢件摇枕上加以验证,铸钢件摇枕静力学试验与仿真数据的符合精度可以提升到90%。 The factors affecting the conformity accuracy of the simulation test of the cast steel parts of railroad wagons are mainly the difference between the physical object and the designed model,the test details,and the simulation method.Using cause and effect analysis,process analysis,physical testing,experimental research,simulation analysis and other research methods,we put forward the improvement ideas of model accuracy,test details and simulation methods for cast steel parts.An improvement ideas is used to determine a reasonable test and simulation methods,which is verified in an export vehicle products of cast steel bolster.The conformity accuracy of the static test and simulation data of the steel casting bolster can be increased to 90%.
