一种新型刮油装置设计

摘要 轴承作为减速器传动的核心零件,其能否得到快速有效润滑,直接关系到整机的正常运转。文中以试验为依据,结合公司多年生产抽油机减速器的实际情况和对刮油装置结构的分析,设计出了一种刮油效果与环保俱佳的新型刮油装置,并将其与传统刮油装置的刮油效果进行对比试验,给出了其设计过程中的设计关键点,并指出在低转速运转下轴承得到迅速润滑的关键因素。 The bearing is the key part of the transmission of the reducer,whether it can get quick and effective lubrication is directly related to the normal operation of the whole machine.Based on the actual situation of pumping unit reducer produced by a company for many years and the analysis of the oil scraping device structure,a new type of oil scraping device with good oil scraping effect and environmental protection is designed.Compared with the traditional oil scraping device,the key points in the design process are given,and the key factors of quick lubrication are pointed out.
