输电线路钢管杆在腐蚀影响下的安全性分析

摘要 针对腐蚀影响下输电线路钢管杆的性能劣化,采用有限元法对腐蚀作用下的钢管杆承载力变化进行深入研究.通过对钢管杆底部腐蚀和横担腐蚀情况进行分析,得到各构件在腐蚀作用下的力学行为和模态响应.采用材料质量损失率来量化腐蚀程度,并引入材料属性降低来模拟腐蚀效应.研究结果表明,随着腐蚀厚度和长度的增加,应力和应变集中在腐蚀部位,振动频率呈现下降趋势,这可能加大了与风荷载的共振风险.随着质量损失率的增加,最大等效应力和等效弹性应变值明显上升.研究结果为进一步了解腐蚀对输电线路钢管杆的影响提供科学依据、为保障结构运行安全提供理论指导. In response to corrosion effects on transmission line steel poles,a study on load capacity variation is conducted using the finite element method.The study investigates the mechanical behavior and modal response of each component under corrosion by analyzing the corrosion impact on both the bottom section of the steel pole and the cross arm.The extent of corrosion is quantified by the material mass loss rate,and a reduction in material properties is introduced to simulate corrosion effects.Research findings indicate that increased corrosion thickness and length lead to concentrated stress and strain at corroded sections.This is accompanied by decreased vibration frequencies,potentially increasing the risk of resonance with wind loads.As the mass loss rate increases,there is a notable increase in maximum equivalent stress and equivalent elastic strain values.The study provides a scientific foundation for understanding the influence of corrosion on transmission line steel poles,offering theoretical guidance for the operational safety of these structures.
