Influence of Peer Pressure on Sustained Innovation in Enterprises:A Perspective on Innovation Resilience

基于制造业上市公司数据,在企业创新同群效应基础上构建同群压力指标,分析同群压力与企业持续创新之间的关系和创新韧性在两者关系中的调节作用,并采用固定效应模型对这些数据开展实证研究.结果发现:①同群压力能够正向显著影响企业持续创新,其中均值同群压力的影响较大.②相对于后发型企业,同群压力对领先型企业持续创新的影响更大.③创新政策实施后,同群压力能显著促进企业持续创新能力的提升.④在同群压力对持续创新的影响中,创新韧性具有正向调节作用.

Utilizing data from listed manufacturing companies,this study constructs the peer pressure index rooted in the peer innovation effect.It delves into the association between peer pressure and continuous innovation within firms,as well as the moderating role of innovation resilience in this relationship.Empirical research is conducted using a fixed-effect model.The findings reveal that peer pressure positively and significantly influences the continuous innovation of enterprises,particularly emphasizing the impact of mean peer pressure.In comparison to post-style enterprises,leading enterprises are more profoundly impacted by peer pressure in sustaining innovation.Following the adoption of innovation policies,peer pressure significantly enhances the sustainable innovation capabilities of enterprises.In the impact of peer pressure on continuous innovation,innovation resilience exerts a positive moderating effect.
