河钢集团金属材料研发进展及展望

R&D PROGRESS AND PROSPECT OF METAL MATERIALS OF HBIS GROUP

伴随钢铁行业产能压缩,具有单一价值属性的传统结构性钢铁产品向更多价值属性的钢铁材料转型,是时代发展的客观要求。河钢集团有限公司积极适应这种变化,提出了由“钢铁向材料、制造向服务”转型升级,持续加强高端钢铁材料的研发力度,并取得了一定的成效。本文从汽车材料、家具材料、能源材料、建筑材料、航空航天材料、工程机械材料、石化装备材料、海洋工程材料、交通装备材料、钒钛材料、特种材料等11个方面,简要介绍了河钢在相关材料领域的技术创新、研发成果、性能优势及应用成效等方面的内容,并提出了河钢对钢铁材料的深度理解,及未来在钢铁材料研发领域的关注重点。

With the compression of production capacity in the iron and steel industry,the transformation of traditional structural steel products with single value attributes to steel materials with more value attributes is an objective requirement of the development of the times.HBIS actively adapts to this change,proposes the transformation and upgrading from"steel to materials,manufacturing to service",and continues to strengthen the research and development of high-end steel materials,and has achieved certain results.This paper briefly introduces HBIS Group's technological innovation,R&D achievements,performance advantages and application results in the field of related materials from eleven aspects,including automotive materials,furniture materials,energy materials,building materials,aerospace materials,construction machinery materials,petrochemical equipment materials,marine engineering materials,transportation equipment materials,vanadium and titanium materials,and special materials,and puts forward HBIS Group's in-depth understanding of steel materials and the focus of future research and development in the field of steel materials.
