针刺机曲轴传动装置的优化设计

摘要 在针刺法非织造布生产线中,为确保针刺设备的可靠、高效、稳定运行,减少往复运动组件产生的惯性力,通过理论计算与运动仿真,对针刺机往复运动组件工作过程的实际工况进行速度、加速度、位移分析,根据分析结果确定曲轴传动装置中曲轴偏心量、连杆长度的最优尺寸,从而为解决原针刺设备在高针频、大动程运行时振动较大的问题提供了一种方法。 In the needle-punched nonwovens production line,in order to ensure the reliable,efficient and stable operation of needling equipment,reduce the inertia force generated by reciprocating motion compo⁃nents,through theoretical calculation and motion simulation,the speed,acceleration and displacement of the actual working process of the reciprocating motion components of the needling machine were analyzed,and the optimal dimensions of crankshaft eccentricity and connecting rod length in crankshaft gear were de⁃termined according to the analysis results.Thus,a method is provided to solve the problem of large vibra⁃tion of the original needling equipment in the operation of high needling frequency and large stroke.
