摘要
随着生活方式及高嘌呤、高糖饮食的流行,高尿酸血症(HUA)患病人数逐年上升并呈年轻化趋势,现已成为继糖尿病之后的第二大慢性代谢性疾病。近年来随着高通量测序技术的发展,大量研究发现肠道菌群在HUA的发生发展中扮演着重要角色,HUA发病中肠道菌群的作用及相关应用也成为新的研究热点。本文通过归纳肠道菌群组成结构、代谢物及肠道黏膜屏障对尿酸代谢的影响,探讨肠道菌群在HUA发病过程中的作用,并对益生菌、粪便微生物移植和中药调控肠道菌群治疗HUA的研究现状进行综述,以期为HUA的防治提供新的思路和方向。
With the prevalence of lifestyle and high-purine and high-sugar diet,the number of patients with hyperuricemia has been increasing year by year and becoming younger.hyperuricemia has become the second largest chronic metabolic disease after diabetes.In recent years,with the development of high-throughput sequencing technology,a large number of studies have found that intestinal flora plays an important role in the occurrence and development of hyperuricemia,and the role and related applications of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia have become a new research hotspot.By summarizing the effects of the composition and structure of intestinal flora,metabolites and intestinal mucosal barrier on uric acid metabolism,this paper discusses the role of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia,and reviews the research status of probiotics,fecal microbial transplantation and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperuricemia by regulating intestinal flora,in order to provide new ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia.
