With the increasing demand of the people for a better life in cultural tourism and leisure entertainment,large-scale theme parks with distinctive and diverse characteristics have emerged in China,which not only meet the spiritual needs of the people,but also contribute to the high-quality development of the domestic tourism economy.However,investing in large-scale theme parks not only faces huge construction funds in the early stages and high operating costs during the opening period,but also needs to address the operational risks brought about by changes in the investment environment.In response to the current development opportunities and risks and challenges of large-scale theme parks in China,relevant management suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of investment and financial man-agement to help theme parks improve operational efficiency.
