摘要
随着经济全球化的发展和互联网信息技术的快速更新,社会发展速度不断加快。近年来,作为国民经济重要支柱的建筑业发展迅速,建筑集团公司在管理方面面临更多的挑战。目前部分企业已经利用数字技术建立了财务共享中心,该管理模式作为建筑集团公司财务管理的重要组成部分,对提高其财务管理效率、优化财务组织结构以及增强风险控制能力具有重要作用。然而,在实际运营过程中,财务共享中心内部控制问题逐渐凸显。文章深入建筑集团公司内部进行研究,分析财务共享中心内部控制存在的问题,并提出有针对性的措施。
With the development of economic globalization and the rapid update of internet information technology,the speed of social development is constantly accelerating.In recent years,as an important pillar of the national economy,the construction industry has devel-oped rapidly,and construction group companies are facing more challenges in management.At present,some enterprises have established fi-nancial sharing centers using digital technology.As an important component of financial management in construction group companies,this management model plays an important role in improving their financial management efficiency,optimizing financial organizational structure,and enhancing risk control capabilities.However,in the actual operation process,the internal control issues of the financial sharing center have gradually become prominent.This article delves into the internal research of the construction group company,analyzes the problems in the internal control of the financial sharing center,and proposes targeted measures.
