弹体结构局部响应放大的现象研究

摘要 针对弹体装药安全性问题,开展弹体侵彻混凝土靶过程中装药动态响应机理的研究。结合实际弹体结构的典型特征,建立了含间隙结构装药非线性响应理论模型,通过理论分析计算揭示不同间隙或不同载荷频率下结构的局部响应放大现象;采用有限元数值模拟方法验证理论计算结果的正确性;设计了振动台试验进一步验证理论与模拟仿真的结果的真实性。通过理论、数值模拟与实验相结合的方法,研究了低强度载荷作用下装药点火与起爆现象的内在机制。研究结果表明弹体在逐层侵彻多层混凝土靶时,弹体结构产生的振动对弹体力学响应、装药安定性有着较大影响,弹体结构存在一定的振动响应放大现象。 The study of the dynamic response mechanism of the charge during the process of projectile penetration into concrete targets was carried out to address the issue of projectile charge safety.Combined with the typical characteristics of the actual projectile structure,a theoretical model of the charge non-linear response of the structure with clearance was established,and the local response amplification of the structure under different clearances or different loading frequencies was revealed through theoretical analysis and calculation.Finite element numerical simulations were used to verify the correctness of the theoretical calculation results.Shaker tests were designed to further verify the realism of the theoretical and simulation results.Through a combination of theory,numerical simulations and experiments,the intrinsic mechanism of charge ignition and detonation phenomena under low intensity loads was investigated.The results show that when the projectile penetrates the multi-layer concrete target layer by layer,the vibration generated by the projectile structure has a great influence on the mechanical response of the projectile and the stability of the charge,and there is a certain amplification of the vibration response of the projectile structure.
