车-桥耦合作用下曲线钢混组合梁桥支座动态行为分析

摘要 针对曲线钢混组合连续梁桥在车辆动载作用下的支座动态响应问题,分别构建考虑桥面横向超高和纵向高程变化的桥梁精细化有限元模型和基于实际重载车辆多刚体实车模型,采用基于弹性地基梁理论的Fiala轮胎模拟胎-路接触关系,从而建立车-曲线桥动力学耦合模型,探究车速、偏载与路面不平顺对支座响应的影响。研究结果表明:车辆行驶在支座附近,径向反力与竖向反力较大,车辆行驶在跨中,切向反力较大;三种支座反力的最大值均随车速提高而增大,对径向反力和切向反力影响较大,对竖向反力的影响体现在内侧的支座反力降低而外侧支座反力增大;三种支座动反力随路面不平顺增大而增大,路面不平顺激励对径向反力与竖向反力影响较大,对切向反力影响较小;行车偏载对径向、切向反力影响很小,而对支座间竖向反力的分配影响较大。 Aiming at the bearing dynamic response problem of curved steel-concrete composite continuous girder bridge under vehicle dynamic load,the refined finite element model of the bridge considering the lateral superelevation and longitudinal elevation change of the bridge deck and the multi-rigid-body real vehicle model based on the actual heavy-duty vehicle were constructed respectively.The Fiala tire based on the elastic foundation beam theory was used to simulate the tire-road contact relationship.The vehicle-curved bridge dynamic coupling model was established.The influence of vehicle speed,eccentric load and pavement irregularity on the bearing response were explored.The results show that the radial reaction force and vertical reaction force are larger when the vehicle is driving near the bearing,and the tangential reaction force is larger when the vehicle is driving in the middle of the span.The maximum values of the three bearing reaction forces increase with the increase of the vehicle speed,which has a great influence on the radial reaction force and tangential reaction force.The influence on the vertical reaction force is reflected in the decrease of the inner bearing reaction force and the increase of the outer bearing reaction force.The dynamic reaction force of the three bearings increases with the increase of road surface irregularity.The road surface irregularity excitation has a great influence on the radial reaction force and vertical reaction force,and has little influence on the tangential reaction force.The driving eccentric load has little influence on the radial and tangential reaction forces,but has a great influence on the distribution of the vertical reaction force.
