在线激光打孔因子与卷烟滤嘴通风率关系研究

摘要 为提高卷烟烟气的舒适性,在线激光打孔技术得到了广泛应用,以ZJ17型卷烟机和LASER300S型在线激光打孔系统为研究对象,利用田口方法研究在线激光打孔脉冲时间、卷烟机运行速度、透镜洁净度、烟支与激光打孔透镜之间的距离及卷烟机的拨烟轮与打孔辊之间距离等多因子对烟支滤嘴通风度的影响。结果表明,①激光打孔时间对滤嘴通风度均值有显著影响,且随着时间延长,滤嘴通风度的均值显著提升;②在一定范围内,卷烟机运行速度对烟支滤嘴通风度的信噪比有显著影响,且速度越大,滤嘴的通风度越小;③在一定范围内,透镜距离对滤嘴通风度的信噪比也有重要影响,呈现先增大后降低的趋势。④在激光打孔时间73μs,透镜距离2.0 mm,拨烟轮与打孔鼓间隙7.1 mm,卷烟机运行速度6200支/min时,预测信噪比最大48.14,均值符合设计值,此组合条件下品质最优,主流烟气无变化。 In order to improve the comfort of cigarette smoke,on-line laser punching technology has been widely used.In this study,ZJ17 cigarette maker and LASER300S on-line laser punching system were taken as research objects,and Taguchi method was used to study on-line laser punching pulse time,cigarette maker operating speed,lens cleanliness,and so on.The distance between cigarette and laser punching lens and the distance between cigarette wheel and punching roll of cigarette maker influence the ventilation of cigarette filter.The results showed that:①Laser punching time had a significant influence on the mean value of filter ventilation,and the mean value of filter ventilation increases significantly with time;②In a certain range,the speed of cigarette machine had a significant influence on the signal-to-noise ratio of the ventilation of cigarette filter,and the higher the speed,the smaller the ventilation of the filter;③Lens distance also had an important influence on the signal-to-noise ratio of the filter nozzle ventilation within a certain range,showing a trend of increasing first and then decreasing;④When the time of laser punching was 73μs,the distance of lens was 2.0 mm,the gap between cigarette wheel and punching drum was 7.1 mm,and the speed of cigarette machine was 6200 pieces/min,the predicted signal-to-noise ratio was 48.14 maximum,and the mean value was in accordance with the design value.Under this combination,the quality was the best and the mainstream smoke had no change.
