产教融合背景下“食品分析”课程改革与实践

摘要 产教融合作为一种将产业与教育2个独立个体相互融合、共同发展的新型模式,已成为当前多所高校实施教育教学改革的重要课题。在产教融合不断深化的背景下,首先分析探讨了在“食品分析”课程教学中存在的一些问题,然后基于产教融合思想,从课程教学目标、教学模式及课程考核形式等方面进行创新改革,实现课程理论与企业实践的协调统一。 The integration of industry and education,as a new model of mutual integration and common development of industry and education,has become an important topic in the implementation of education and teaching reform in many universities.Under the background of the deepening integration of industry and education,this study first investigated some problems in the teaching of Food Analysis,and then,based on the idea of integration of industry and education,carried out innovation and reform from the aspects of curriculum teaching objectives,teaching models and curriculum assessment forms to achieve the coordination and unity of curriculum theory and enterprise practice.
