摘要
青藏高原属于我国特殊的地理和气候区域,独特的地理中蕴藏着特殊丰厚的生物学资源。依托该地区生物资源,开展生物资源生态利用技术虚拟软件的开发,具有一定的区位优势。以青藏高原特殊生物资源——牦牛为依托,探索建设青藏高原特色生物资源生态利用的虚拟仿真教学模式,以适应青海省内相关企业对食品专业人才实践操作技能的要求。
The Qinghai tibet plateau is a special geographical and climatic region which unique geographical environment breeds special and diverse biological resources.Due to the abundance of biological resources in this area,virtual simulation software for ecological utilization technology of biological resources has certain advantages within the region.In order to meet the requirements of relevant enterprises in Qinghai province for the practical skills of food professionals,this study explored the construction of a virtual simulation teaching mode for the ecological utilization of the characteristic biological resources based on the special biological resources of the Qinghai tibet plateau-yak.
