摘要
介绍了汽轮发电机组3号高压加热器外置蒸汽冷却器的设计原理和其在某1000 MW机组中的实际运行情况,并对其热经济性进行了分析。对该机组蒸汽冷却器分流系数、温升情况等进行了研究,对比了机组性能试验数据与设计值的差异,从设计角度和设备故障角度分析了该差异产生的原因。
In this paper,the design principle and its actual operation of external steam cooler of No.3 high pressure heater of steam turbine generator set in a 1000 MW power unit are mainly introduced,and its thermal economy is analyzed.Besides,the shunt coefficient and temperature rise of the steam cooler of the unit are studied.The difference between the unit performance test data and the design value is compared and the causes of the difference are analyzed from the perspective of design and equipment failure.
