摘要
针对某电点火具发火作用后开路电阻过低的问题,分析了电点火具发火部件的桥丝熔断状态、药剂燃烧产物残渣种类以及输出部件的药剂燃烧产物残渣回窜情况,确定开路电阻故障是由于输出部件的药剂燃烧产物残渣反向回窜至发火部件而导致的,提出在发火部件和输出部件之间增设“双爪式”弹簧挡片,以及在延期输出部件内增设微孔加强帽和密封点火药的改进措施。高低常温环境下的发火试验以及随弹联试结果表明:改进后电点火具的开路电阻能够满足不小于500Ω的指标要求。
In response to the problem of low shutdown resistance of an electric igniter after ignition,the fusing state of bridge wire,the types of agent combustion residues of the ignition component of the electric igniter and the backflow situation of agent combustion residues of the output component were analyzed.It is determined that the shutdown resistance fault is caused by the backflow of agent combustion residues in the output component back to the ignition component.Improvement measures of adding a“double claw”spring stopper between the ignition component and the output component,as well as adding a microporous reinforcing cap and sealed ignition powder inside the delay output component,were proposed.The ignition tests under high temperature,low temperature and room temperature environment and the accompanying missile joint test show that the shutdown resistance of the improved electric igniter can meet the requirement of not less than 500Ω.
