钢纤维增强钢铝复合板爆炸焊接结合界面研究

摘要 为探究正交分布钢纤维增强钢铝复合板爆轰参数对焊接质量的影响,采用光滑粒子动力学方法(SPH)研究了钢纤维的加入对爆炸焊接窗口下限的影响,并再现了爆炸焊接金属间化合物出现且被阻挡的过程。根据模拟结果进行了爆炸焊接试验,并通过金相分析对焊接质量进行了验证。结果表明:钢纤维的加入使得所需爆炸速度提高14%,爆炸焊接窗口下限提高1.2°;射流粒子被钢纤维阻止持续作用于基板和覆板表面,导致大量的高温射流粒子积聚在纤维单侧,促使钢纤维单侧形成了高温高压高应变率的环境并产生缺陷,形成了脆性金属间化合物,从而出现裂纹、孔洞和气孔等缺陷,其中试验结果与模拟的粒子分布密度相吻合;金相分析表明钢纤维增强钢铝复合板界面存在明显的小波纹状,整体焊接质量良好。 In order to investigate the effect of detonation parameters on the welding quality of steel fiber reinforced steel aluminum composite plate,smooth particle dynamics(SPH)method was used to study the effect of steel fiber addition on the lower limit of explosive welding window,and the process of intermetallic compounds appearing and blocked in explosive welding was reconstructed.According to the simulation results,the explosion welding test was carried out,and the welding quality was verified by metallographic analysis.The results show that the addition of steel fiber increases the required explosion velocity by 14%and the lower limit of explosive welding window by 1.2°.The jet particles are prevented by the steel fiber from continuously acting on the surface of the substrate and cladding plate,resulting in the accumulation of a large number of high temperature jet particles on the single side of the fiber,which leads to the formation of a high temperature and high pressure and high strain rate environment on the single side of the steel fiber,resulting in defects to form brittle intermetallic compounds,cracks,holes,pores and other defects.Among them,the particle distribution density of the test results is consistent with the simulation results.Metallographic analysis shows that the interface of the steel fiber reinforced steel aluminum composite plate has obvious small ripples,and the overall welding quality is good.
