摘要
介绍了深圳市中金岭南有色冶金股份有限公司丹霞冶炼厂250 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置工艺设计和运行情况。针对生产运行过程中出现的净化工序入口氮氧化物含量偏高、臭氧发生器臭氧产能低于设定值、压缩空气压力波动大、转化器催化剂装填量偏少等问题进行了优化改造。目前该制酸装置运行情况良好,设备作业率高,各项技术经济指标均达到了设计要求。
The process design and operation of the 250 kt/a smelting flue gas acid production unit in Danxia Smelter of Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Nonferrous Metals Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Optimization and transformation have been carried out to address issues such as high nitrogen oxide content at the inlet of the purification process,lower ozone production capacity of the ozone generator than the set value,large fluctuations in compressed air pressure,and insufficient catalyst loading in the converter during production and operation.At present,the acid production unit is operating well,with high equipment operation rate and all technical and economic indicators meeting the design requirements.
