埋刮板输送机防浮链改造及应用

摘要 对埋刮板输送机产生浮链的原因进行分析,将原倾斜型埋刮板输送机的双层壳体改造为单层壳体,将刮板由DO型改成T型,并根据烘干后的物料水分含量变化大的特点,通过将两台输送机的部分刮板制作成带耙齿的清扫刮板、在输送机的中间段增设链条压板、在尾轮附近增设链条压紧轮等系列改造,解决了浮链问题。通过重新对减速机及传动链轮选型,提升刮板机的链条运行速度由0.1 m/s至0.18 m/s,解决了因增设压轨及压紧轮造成的输送量有所减小的问题。 The cause of floating chains in the buried scraper conveyor is analyzed,the double shell of the original inclined buried scraper conveyor into a single shell,and the scraper is changed from DO type to T type.Based on the large change in moisture content of the dried material,the floating chain problem has been solved through a series of renovations,such as making part of the scraper of the two conveyors into a cleaning scraper with rake teeth,adding a chain pressure platen in the middle section of the conveyor,and adding a chain pressure wheel near the tail wheel.By re-selecting the reducer and transmission sprocket,the chain running speed of the scraper machine is increased from 0.1 m/s to 0.18 m/s,solving the problem of reduced conveying volume caused by the addition of pressure rails and clamping wheels.
