废酸再生装置补充硫燃料技术改造

摘要 介绍了废酸再生装置补充硫黄替代部分燃料气的节能增效改造情况。原装置因废酸量减少导致装置负荷远低于设计值,硫酸产量下降,单位产品能耗与成本增加。采用硫黄替代部分燃料气的方案解决了因废酸减少导致硫酸产量下降的问题,硫酸产量可达到47 kt/a,实现了装置的增产增效。 The energy-saving and benefits improvement of the waste acid regeneration unit by replacing some fuel gas with sulphur are introduced.The decrease in waste acid content in the original unit resulted in much lower load than the design value,decrease in sulphuric acid production,and increase in energy consumption and cost per unit product.The solution of replacing part of the fuel gas with sulphur has solved the problem of decreased sulphuric acid production due to the reduction of waste acid.The sulphuric acid production can reach 47 kt/a,achieving increased production and benefits of the unit.
