摘要
某套1×10^(5)m^(3)/d天然气硫回收装置采用模块化设计的方式,在小型化、撬装化的前提下,高质量、高效率、低成本地完成了项目的设计及建设工作。以该项目为背景,简要介绍了模块化设计的特点,详细阐述了模块化设计在化工设计中应用的前提、准备工作及具体步骤,旨在提高硫回收设计中模块化设计水平,使模块化设计在更多气体净化领域得到应用。
A certain set of 1×10^(5)m^(3)/d natural gas sulphur recovery unit adopts a modular design approach,and has completed the project design and construction work with high quality,high efficiency and low cost under the premise of miniaturization and prying installation.Taking this project as the background,the characteristics of modular design are briefly introduced,and the prerequisites,preparatory work and specific steps for the application of modular design in chemical design are elaborated in detail,aiming to improve the level of modular design in sulphur recovery design and enable its application in more gas purification fields.
