中医治疗炎症性肠病机制的研究进展

Research Progress on the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine inthe Treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Disease

炎症性肠病(IBD)是一种非特异性肠道疾病,是直肠癌的高发因素之一,且国内发病率呈上升趋势。现临床治疗IBD以免疫抑制剂、生物制剂等药物为主,具有一定局限性,治疗手段亟待提升,而中医在改善体质、预防复发、减少副作用等方面独具优势。本文从调节肠道免疫炎症平衡、维持肠道菌群稳态、保护肠道黏膜、抑制氧化应激等方面阐述中医治疗IBD机制的研究进展,以期提升中医治疗IBD的证据质量,为中医治疗IBD提供更严谨的科学依据。

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a non-specific intestinal disease,which is one of the high incidence factors of rectal cancer,and the incidence is increasing in China.Nowadays,the clinical treatment of IBD is mainly based on immunosuppressive drugs and biologics,which have certain limitations.Therefore,the treatment level needs to be improved.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)exerts unique advantages through its rich treatment methods.This article elaborates on the research progress of the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of IBD from the aspects of regulating intestinal immune balance,maintaining intestinal microbiota homeostasis,protecting intestinal mucosal barrier,and inhibiting oxidative stress,in order to improve the quality of evidence for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of IBD and provide a more rigorous and scientific basis for traditional Chinese medicine treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.
