以伟大建党精神为源头的中国共产党人精神谱系是党带领人民在百年奋斗历程中完成历史任务和取得伟大成就所形成的一系列精神的集合。在高职院校“大思政课”建设中融入中国共产党人精神谱系,把握其助推“德技并修”人才培育、拓展“大思政课”建设资源、引导师生树立正确的党史观等当代价值,审视其融入现实境遇,用“大格局”协同育人、使“大先生”教师提质、让“大课程”教学增效、以“大资源”平台优化,系统探索实践路径,真正实现中国共产党人精神谱系的传承与弘扬,提高高职院校“大思政课”的有效性与针对性。

The spiritual lineage of Chinese Communists,rooted in the noble spirit of the Party's founding,represents a collection of spirits formed by the Party leading the people to complete historical tasks and achieve great accomplishments over the course of a century of struggle.This paper explores the integration of the spiritual lineage of Chinese Communists into the construction of the'Grand Ideological and Political Course'in vocational colleges,capturing its contemporary values in promoting the cultivation of talent in both ethics and skills,expanding resources for the construction of the'Grand Ideological and Political Course,'guiding teachers and students to establish a correct understanding of Party history,and reflecting on its integration into the present reality.This research envisions a path that employs a'grand perspective'to nurture students,enhances the quality of'grand scholar'educators,optimizes the effectiveness of'grand curriculum'teaching,and leverages the'grand platform'of resources.By systematically exploring this practical path,the inheritance and promotion of the spiritual lineage of Chinese Communists can be genuinely realized,enhancing the effectiveness and relevance of the'Grand Ideological and Political Course'in vocational colleges.
