摘要
物质环境是幼儿园教育活动开展的条件和基础,创设合理的幼儿园物质环境是幼儿园工作的重要内容。本研究采用刘焱教授主编的《中国幼儿园教育质量评价量表(城乡版)》对Y市12所普惠性幼儿园的36个班级进行非参与式观察,评定其物质环境质量。结果发现:城乡幼儿园物质环境质量有明显差异;普惠性幼儿园物质环境质量不均衡;幼儿园整体缺乏自我评价意识。为了更好的提升普惠性幼儿园物质环境质量,政府部门应加强对普惠性农村幼儿园的财政扶持与指导;强化幼儿园自我评价机制,促进幼儿园物质环境质量建设;加强教师培训,以全面提升农村幼儿园教师专业能力水平。
Material environment is the condition and foundation of kindergarten education activities,and creating reasonable material environment is an important content of kindergarten work.In this study,the Chinese Kindergarten Education Quality Evaluation Scale(Urban and Rural Edition)edited by Professor Liu Yan was used to conduct non-participatory observation on 36 classes of 12 inclusive kindergartens in Y City to assess their material environment quality.The results show that the material environment quality of urban and rural kindergartens has obvious difference;The material environment quality of inclusive kindergartens is not balanced;The kindergarten as a whole lacks the sense of self-evaluation.In order to improve the material environment quality of inclusive kindergartens,government departments should strengthen the financial support and guidance for inclusive rural kindergartens;Strengthen the self-evaluation mechanism of kindergartens and promote the construction of the material environment quality of kindergartens;Strengthen teacher training to comprehensively improve the professional competence of rural kindergarten teachers.
