摘要 互联网在教育领域的应用,带来了课堂教学形式的变革,瓦解了传统课堂教学模式的单向度授课模式,同时也为乡村教育发展带来了新的契机和出路。该文针对乡村基础教育发展中存在的教师数量不足、专业学科教师短缺、教育质量不断下滑等现象,采用深度访谈和教学实践执行等方法深入分析H县Q乡村小学开展的线上线下融合教学模式,反思Q小学“互联网+双师教学”与线下融合教学模式的实践效果和推广价值,并从教育均衡发展的视角探寻未来乡村学校教育教学质量提升的新方法、新路径,为广大农村地区解决师资队伍发展不均衡,教育质量低下等问题提供案例思考。 the application of Internet+in the field of education has brought about changes in the form of classroom teaching,disrupted the one-way teaching mode of the traditional classroom teaching mode,and also brought new opportunities and outlets for the development of rural education.In view of the phenomena such as the shortage of teachers,the shortage of teachers in professional disciplines,and the continuous decline of education quality in the development of rural basic education,this paper deeply analyzes the online and offline integrated teaching mode carried out by Q rural primary school in H county by means of in-depth interviews and teaching practice implementation,and reflects on the practical effect and promotion value of the"Internet+Dual Teacher Teaching"and offline integrated teaching mode of Q primary school,From the perspective of balanced development of education,this paper explores new methods and paths to improve the education and teaching quality of rural schools in the future,and provides case thinking for solving the problems of unbalanced development of teachers and low education quality in rural areas.
