纯电动车用高性能电机控制器设计及研究

Design and Study of High-performance Motor Controller for Electric Vehicles

摘要 文章针对纯电动汽车对电机控制器高性能的要求,开发一款高输出扭矩、高输出功率和高工作效率的电机控制器。阐述电机控制器的系统原理,对高压元器件进行选型,介绍电机控制器结构、硬件和软件的设计方案,并通过搭建的测试台架对电机控制器系统进行试验验证。试验结果表明,所设计的高性能电机控制器具有较高的输出功率和扭矩,均优于设计目标和仿真值,同时具有较高的工作效率和系统效率。 Motor controller with high output torque,high output power,and high work efficiency has been developed to meet the high-performance requirements of electric vehicles.The system principle of the motor controller is explained,high-voltage components are selected,and the design scheme of the motor controller structure,hardware,and software are introduced.The motor controller performance was tested and verified through the test bench.The test results show that the motor controller has high output power and torque,both better than the design goals and simulation values,and also has high work efficiency and system efficiency.
