摘要 开展电动汽车用驱动电机功能安全研究对于降低电驱系统性失效和随机硬件失效具有重要意义。文章概述功能安全集成测试:软件和硬件集成测试、系统集成测试、整车集成测试3个阶段的测试内容和测试方法,对电驱系统控制器的常见故障进行归纳,同时也对电驱系统功能安全测试方法进行阐述,并搭建基于AVL单轴测功机的测试台架,对电驱系统功能安全进行测试并分析测试结果,最终用于评价某电驱系统功能安全需求是否满足功能安全设计,以便验证该测试方法对功能安全集成验证的参考价值。 Research on functional safety test for motor system of electric vehicles is of great value to reduce systematic failures and random hardware failures.The test contents and methods of system and item integration and testing are summarized,which include hardware-software integration and testing,system integration testing and vehicle integration testing.The common failures of motor system controller are summarized.The functional safety test methods are described and test bench based on AVL bench is set up.The functional safety test is conducted and test results are analyzed to evaluate whether the functional safety requirements meet the design requirements.The test method is helpful to the verification of functional safety.
