纯电动工程机械车载空调系统优化分析

摘要 随着双碳目标的提出,具有高能耗、高排放双重特点的工程机械面对节能减排的巨大压力,正向着电动化方向快速发展。文章对纯电动工程机械车载空调系统进行试验研究,在双蒸模式下出现冷凝器出口过冷度不足的现象。通过对冷媒充注量和系统结构进行分析,提出系统架构优化方案,并进行试验验证。试验结果表明,优化后的空调系统冷凝器出口过冷度和系统制冷能力得到显著提高,为空调系统架构和管路的初期设计提供借鉴。 With the proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,the engineering machinery with the dual characteristics of high energy consumption and high emission is facing the great pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction,and is developing rapidly in the direction of electrification.The vehicle air conditioning system of pure electric construction machinery is tested and studied in this paper.Under the double-evaporator mode,the outlet supercooling degree of condenser is insufficient.After the refrigerant charge quantity and system structure are analyzed,the optimization scheme of system architecture is proposed and verified by experiment.The test results show that the outlet supercooling degree of the condenser and the cooling capacity of the system are significantly improved after optimization.This paper provides a reference for the initial design of air conditioning system architecture and pipeline.
