摘要
文章根据国家标准GB 34660—2017《道路车辆电磁兼容性要求和试验方法》和GB 17675—2021《汽车转向系基本要求》,对比研究2项标准在电子助力转向系统的电磁兼容试验方法的差异性,对电子助力转向的分类和原理进行介绍,并对汽车电子电气转向系统电磁兼容的其它试验方法进行探索。为汽车工程师理解汽车整车电子助力转向系统的辐射抗扰度测试提供一些参考。
According to the national standard GB 34660—2017"Road vehicles-Requirements and test methods of electromagnetic compatibility"and GB 17675—2021"Steering system of motor vehicles-Basic requirements",this paper compares and studies the differences between the two standards in electromagnetic compatibility test methods for electronic power steering systems.The classification and principle of electronic power steering are introduced,and other test methods for electromagnetic compatibility of automotive electronic and electrical steering systems are explored.This paper provides some references for automotive engineers to understand the radiative electrical disturbance test of vehicle electronic power steering system.
