基于OBE理念的智能警用装备技术学科协同育人模式构建

摘要 人工智能、物联网、大数据等技术的发展,促进了警用装备及装备管理工作的智能化、网络化、数字化水平不断提高,公安机关急需既有较强公安业务能力,又能够利用先进装备技术手段解决实战问题的复合型人才。介绍设置智能警用装备技术学科的背景和意义,分析学科建设发展中面临的问题,从培养实战化人才、优化人才培养方案、构建协同机制、打造学科特色四方面,提出构建基于OBE理念和校警企协同创新框架下学科发展模式,对建设和发展智能警用装备技术学科进行了初步探索。 The development of technologies such as artificial intelligence,Internet of Things,big data has promoted the continuous improvement of the smart,networked and digital level of police equipment and equipment manage⁃ment.There is an urgent need for versatile talents with strong police operational capabilities and problems-solving ability.Based on the introduction of the background and significance of the discipline establishment and analysis of the problems faced in the construction and development,this paper puts forward the development measures of the discipline based on the concept of OBE and the innovative framework of collaboration among universities,police organs and enterprises,including training practical talents,optimizing talent training program,building collabora⁃tive mechanism,creating discipline characteristics and maintaining long-term development.
