公安院校学科生态体系研究

Research on the Disciplinary System of Public Security Colleges and Universities from Ecological Perspective

将生态学理论引入学科建设范畴,有助于理解学科间的相互依存和相互影响的关系。基于生态学视角分析良好学科生态所具有的多样性、平衡性、共生性、适应性和开放性等典型特征,而公安院校学科生态体系则面临结构有所失衡、开放性不足、生长性不强和交叉性偏弱等现状,制约了人才培养质量、核心竞争力和科技创新能力的提升,应通过发展军事学学科、拓展支撑学科等方式进一步优化学科结构布局,并开展学科移植研究,以期完善与丰富公安院校学科生态。

Introducing ecological theory into the field of discipline construction helps to understand the interdependence and mutual influence between disciplines.From the perspective of ecology,a good academic ecol⁃ogy has such typical characteristics as diversity,balance,symbiosis,adaptability,and openness.However,the academic ecology system of public security colleges and universities faces the situation of imbalance in structure,lack of openness,weak growth,and lack of cross-sectoral integration,which restricts the improvement of talent training quality,core competitiveness,and scientific and technological innovation capabilities.This paper proposes further optimizing the discipline structure layout by developing military science disciplines and expanding supporting disciplines,and carrying out discipline transplantation research in order to improve and enrich the academic ecology of public security colleges and universities.
