摘要
目的:设计制备阿糖胞苷-蒙脱石复合物。方法:利用聚乙二醇对钠基蒙脱土进行有机化改性并制备阿糖胞苷-蒙脱石复合物;通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG-DTG)对制备的复合物进行结构表征;通过HPLC法计算阿糖胞苷游离量,从而计算蒙脱石对阿糖胞苷的载药量。结果:通过(XRD、FT-IR、TG-DTG)结构表征分析可知阿糖胞苷-蒙脱石复合物制备成功,蒙脱石对阿糖胞苷的载药量为:1.42%±0.01%。结论:通过结构表征分析得知阿糖胞苷插入蒙脱石层间;研究结果为制备新型阿糖胞苷-蒙脱石缓释制剂提供参考依据,也为其在药理学的研究提供理论支撑。
Objective:To design and prepare cytarabin-montmorillonite complex.Methods:Sodium montmorillonite was organically modified with polyethylene glycol and cytarabine-montmorillonite complex was prepared.The structures of the prepared compounds were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DTG).HPLC was used to calculate the amount of free Cytarabine,so as to calculate the drug load of Cytarabine in Montmorillonite.Results:The structural characterization analysis(XRD,FT-IR,TG-DTG)showed that the Cytarabine Montmorillonite complex was successfully prepared.The drug load of Cytarabine in Montmorillonite is 1.42%±0.01%.Conclusion:Cytarabine is inserted into the interlayer of Montmorillonite through structural characterization analysis.The research results provide a reference basis for the preparation of novel Cytarabine Montmorillonite sustained release and theoretical support for its pharmacological research.
