摘要
简要介绍了精油微胶囊技术,综述了不同种类柑橘果皮精油微胶囊的制备工艺条件,包括未知品种柑橘类、柑类、橙类、柚类和柠檬,并对柑橘皮精油微胶囊制备工艺的发展进行了展望。
The technology of essential oil microcapsules was briefly introduced in the paper.The preparation process conditions of different types of citrus peel essential oil microcapsules were summarized,including unknown varieties of citrus,citrus,orange,pomelo,and lemon.The development direction of the preparation process of citrus peel essential oil microcapsules was prospected.
