肌肽在头皮护理方面的功效机制研究进展

摘要 目的:基于网络药理学和文献计量学研究肌肽对头皮不适症状的护理功效和机制及其当前的研究进展。方法:通过SwissTarget Prediction平台预测肌肽的潜在作用靶点,基于Genecards数据库和OMIM数据库检索头皮相关不适症状的潜在发病靶点,然后利用R软件获取肌肽和头皮不适症状的交集靶点,即肌肽对头皮护理的潜在作用靶点,借助STRING平台对交集靶点的蛋白互作可视化呈现,利用Cytoscape软件的网络分析工具筛选出关键靶点。对交集靶点进行GO和KEGG富集分析,剖析肌肽在头皮护理上的潜在功效及其作用机制。通过文献计量学分析了近10年肌肽的研究现状及后期研究趋势。结果:通过网络药理学分析,获取了肌肽与头皮不适相关疾病的交集靶点31个,关键靶点主要有EGFR、ICAM1、NOS3、PPARG、ITGB2、ITGB3和LCK等,生物过程主要有359条,细胞组成主要有33条,分子功能主要有50条,涉及的通路主要有NF-κB信号通路、精氨酸生物合成、NF-κB信号通路、细胞黏附、HIF-1信号通路和JAK-STAT信号通路等。通过文献计量学分析,共纳入531篇文献,年发文量稳定在50篇左右,主要研究领域是医药相关领域,主要专业是神经病学等。结论:肌肽可能通过NF-κB信号通路和JAK-STAT信号通路等多途径发挥保护头皮的功效,当前针对肌肽功效的探索着重于医药领域,在头皮护理方面仍具有较大研究前景。 Objective:To study the nursing efficacy and mechanism of carnosine on scalp discomfort symptoms and its current research progress based on network pharmacology and bibliometrics.Methods:The potential targets of carnosine were predicted by SwissTarget Prediction platform,and the potential targets of scalp-related discomfort symptoms were searched based on Genecards database and OMIM database.Then R software was used to obtain the intersection targets of carnosine and scalp discomfort symptoms,that is,the potential targets of carnosine on scalp care.The STRING platform was used to visualize the protein interaction of intersection targets,and the network analysis tool of Cytoscape software was used to screen out the key targets.GO and KEGG enrichment analysis of intersection targets were performed to analyze the potential efficacy and mechanism of carnosine in scalp care.The research status and future research trend of carnosine in the past 10 years were analyzed through bibliometrics.Results:Through network pharmacology analysis,31 intersection targets of carnosin and scalp discomfiting-related diseases were obtained,and the key targets were mainly EGFR,ICAM1,NOS3,PPARG,ITGB2,ITGB3 and LCK.There were 359 targets for biological process,33 targets for cell composition,and 50 targets for molecular function.The pathways involved mainly included NF-κB signaling pathway,arginine biosynthesis,NF-κB signaling pathway,cell adhesion,HIF-1 signaling pathway and JAK-STAT signaling pathway.Through bibliometric analysis,a total of 531 literatures were included,and the annual number of publications was stable at about 50.The main research field was medicine related field,and the main specialty was neurology.Conclusion:Carnosine may play a protective role on the scalp through multiple mechanisms such as NF-κB signaling pathway and JAK-STAT signaling pathway.At present,the exploration of carnosine efficacy focuses on the medical field and has a great application prospect in scalp care.
