摘要
在对延迟焦化装置冷焦系统运行过程进行长时间的分析对比基础上,通过对焦化装置中冷焦系统的工艺改造及操作方法优化,解决原焦化装置在焦炭塔冷焦过程中存在的接触冷却塔T104气相负荷过大,造成接触冷却塔顶含硫污水乳化带油严重;后续焦化分馏单元携带焦粉较多,造成整个系统波动较大;柴油反冲洗过滤器SR105频繁反冲;蒸汽发生器SG102发汽量过大造成浪费等问题。使延迟焦化装置能够长时间安全运行,并且减少系统工程1.0 MPa蒸汽的使用,减少装置的运行操作成本,提高装置的运行效益。
On the basis of long-term analysis and comparison of the operation process of the cold coke water system in the delayed coking unit,the technological transformation and operation method optimization of the cold coke system in the delayed coking unit were carried out,in order to solve the problem of excessive gas phase load of T104 contact cooling tower in the coke tower cooling process of the original coking unit,serious emulsifying oil and sulfur containing sewage at the top of the contact cooling tower were caused,and more coke powder was carried by the following coker fractionation unit,the system fluctuates greatly,the diesel backwash filter SR105 recoils frequently,and the steam generator SG102 produces too much steam,causing waste.The utility model enables the delayed coking unit to run safely for a long time,and reduces the use of systems engineering 1.0 MPa steam,reduces the operation cost of the unit,and improves the operation efficiency of the unit.
