摘要
石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫系统能耗占据燃煤电厂用电较大比例,随着“碳达峰和碳中和”的提出,脱硫系统的节能降耗尤为重要。设计人员在石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫系统设计过程中,应注重节能设计,在满足工艺和环保指标的前提下,选择合理的参数和措施,以达到降低脱硫系统能耗和物耗的目的。结合实际工程案例,总结分析了石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫系统能耗,提出了脱硫系统设计中的优化建议,以供设计人员参考。
The energy consumption of the limestone/gypsum FGD system accounts for a large proportion of the power consumption of coal-fired power plants.With the proposal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",the energy-saving and consumption reduction of limestone/gypsum FGD system is particularly important.Based on practical cases,this paper summarizes and analyzes the energy consumption of limestone/gypsum FGD system,and proposes optimization suggestions for desulfurization system design.
