摘要
基于煤矿井下含水大倾角超深孔预裂爆破工作的基本情况,对煤矿中深孔预裂爆破技术的实际应用、合适火工品的选用、实际炮孔的布置等爆破施工环节进行了综合分析。通过增加对炮孔清孔过程的要求、组装被筒药柱、加大回填质量,以及对无法彻底清空积水的炮孔采用水介质不耦合预裂爆破技术等一系列有效施工技术和爆破技术,减小或避免了积水的不利影响,合理利用积水的作用改善了爆破效果。
Based on the basic situation of the ultra-deep hole presplitting blasting with large water-content dip angle under the coal mine,the practical application of the medium-deep hole presplitting blasting technology,the selection of suitable initiating explosive devices,and the layout of actual blastholes were comprehensively analyzed.A series of effective construction technologies and blasting technologies,such as increasing the requirements for the hole cleaning process,assembling the barrel explosives,increasing the backfill quality,and using the water medium uncoupled presplitting blasting technology for the holes that cannot completely remove the water,had reduced or avoided the adverse effects of water,rationally used the role of water,and improved the blasting effect.
