基于系统布置设计与混合算法的锻造厂车间布局优化

摘要 针对因车间布局不合理而导致物流量浪费的现象,对锻造厂进行研究,建立了物流量最小化的单目标优化函数,运用系统布置设计(systematic layout planning,SLP)方法对原始布局进行优化得到3种布局方案,采用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)与熵权法相结合的方法构建组合赋权模型,再通过逼近理想解排序法(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution,TOPSIS)对3种方案进行排序优选,形成多指标决策评价模型。最后将遗传算法与和声搜索算法相结合,对锻造厂车间布局进行二次优化,获得最优布局方案。案例分析表明,此研究方法使物流量减少了28.82%,改进效果显著,同时也验证了该模型的优越性,对相关行业车间布局设计提供一定的参考价值。 In view of the phenomenon of waste of logistics volume caused by unreasonable workshop layout,a study was conducted on forging plants,and a single objective optimization function for minimizing logistics volume was established.The original layout was optimized using the systematic layout planning(SLP)method to obtain three layout plans.A combined weighting model was constructed using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method,Then,the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)was used to rank and optimize the three options,forming a multi indicator decision evaluation model.Finally,the genetic algorithm was combined with the harmony search algorithm to perform secondary optimization on the layout of the forging plant workshop and obtain the optimal layout plan.The case study shows that this research method reduces the flow of goods by 28.82%,with significant improvement effects.At the same time,it also verifies the superiority of the model and provides certain reference value for workshop layout design in related industries.
