减瘤性前列腺癌根治术联合雄激素剥夺治疗在寡转移前列腺癌患者中的应用效果

Effect of radical resection of prostatic cancer combined with androgen deprivation in patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer

目的:探究减瘤性前列腺癌根治术联合雄激素剥夺治疗在寡转移前列腺癌患者中的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年7月至2022年7月我院收治的88例寡转移前列腺癌患者作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组和研究组,各44例。对照组采用单纯减瘤性前列腺癌根治术;研究组采用减瘤性前列腺癌根治术联合雄激素剥夺治疗。分析对比两组的前列腺特异性抗原(Prostate-Specific Antigen,PSA)水平、肿瘤控制效果以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组PSA水平比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后随访3 m、6 m,研究组PSA水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组转移病灶点数比较差异无统计学意义;对照组术后3 m、6 m转移病灶点数明显多于研究组(P<0.05)。经术后病理及6 m随访,研究组不良情况发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在寡转移前列腺癌治疗中,减瘤性前列腺癌根治术联合雄激素剥夺治疗能改善PSA水平,提高肿瘤控制效果以及减少不良反应。

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of radical resection of prostatic cancer combined with androgen deprivation in patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer.Methods:88 patients with oligometastatic prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,44 cases each.The control group was treated with radical resection of prostatic cancer.The study group was treated with radical prostatic cancer reduction combined with androgen deprivation.The level of Prostate-Specific Antigen(PSA),the effect of tumor control and the incidence of adverse events were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSA level between the two groups.The PSA level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 3 and 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the number of metastatic lesions between the two groups.The number of metastatic lesions in the control group at 3 and 6 months after operation was significantly higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse conditions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of oligometastatic prostate cancer,radical prostatectomy combined with androgen deprivation can improve PSA level,improve tumor control effect and reduce adverse reactions.
