脑电仿生电刺激仪联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

摘要 目的:分析脑电仿生电刺激仪联合丁苯酞治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年5月期间本院收治的90例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组患者静脉滴注阿替普酶和丁苯酞治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上联合脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗。两组均治疗14 d。对比两组临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力指数(Brathel index,BI)、肌张力评分、运动能力评分。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National institutes of health stroke,NIHSS)、改良Ashworth量表(Modified Ashworth scale,MAS)评分均明显低于对照组,Brathel指数和Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死治疗中应用脑电仿生电刺激仪联合丁苯酞治疗获得较好的临床效果,改善神经功能,利于提高患者生活质量并可促进肌张力及运动能力的恢复。 Objective:To analyze the clinical study on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction with bionic electrostimulator combined with butylphthalein.Methods:90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to May 2021 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Control group was treated with alteplase and butylphthalein intravenously.The observation group was combined with the control group on the basis of bionic electrical stimulation instrument.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score,Brathel index(BI),muscle tone score and motor ability score were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of National institutes of health stroke(NIHSS)and Modified Ashworth scale(MAS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Brathel index and Fugl-Meyer Motor function Assessment(FMA)score were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of bionic electrostimulator combined with butylphthalein in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can achieve good clinical effect,improve the nerve function,improve the quality of life of patients and promote the recovery of muscle tension and motor ability.
