温阳益心方在慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证治疗中的应用

Application of Wenyang Yixin formula in the treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure

目的:探讨温阳益心方在慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月期间本院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用温养益心方治疗。两组均连续治疗1 m。分析对比两组的中医症候评分,心功能指标[左室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End Diastolic Diameter,LVEDD)、左室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)、左室收缩末期容积(Left Ventricular End-systolic Volume,LVESV)]以及不良反应。结果:治疗前,两组中医症候评分对比无统计学差异。治疗后,两组的中医症候评分均显著降低,并且观察组的中医症候评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVEDD、LVESV水平均显著降低,LVEF水平均显著升高。并且观察组的LVEDD、LVESV水平均明显低于对照组,LVEF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将温阳益心方应用于慢性心力衰竭心肾阳虚证治疗中,可患者的临床症状,改善患者心功能,减少不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenyang Yixin formula in the treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure.Methods:80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Yixin prescription on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,cardiac function index[Left Ventricular End Diastolic Diameter(LVEDD)],Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEDD)of the two groups were analyzed and compared.LVEF,Left Ventricular End-systolic Volume(LVESV),and adverse reactions.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of both groups was significantly decreased,and the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD and LVESV levels in both groups were significantly decreased,while LVEF levels were significantly increased.LVEDD and LVESV levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and LVEF levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Wenyang Yixin formula in the treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the heart function of patients and reduce adverse reactions.
