摘要
常规的供电线路分段开关优化配置方法多数以配电网运行经济性为核心目标,对配电网运行可靠性的重视程度较低,导致面对分支较多、结构复杂的配电网供电线路时,开关故障率较高,不能有效降低停电损失。基于此,在考虑配电网运行可靠性的前提下,开展了供电线路分段开关优化配置方法的深入研究。建立供电线路分段开关优化配置模型,反映分段开关运行的实时工况。在此基础上,设计供电线路分段开关优化配置算法,根据优化配置后配电网的平均中断时间,判断分段开关是否满足配电网运行的可靠性指标,实现分段开关优化配置目标。分析实验结果可知,提出方法应用后,配电网运行平均故障率显著降低,优化配置效果优势显著。
Most conventional methods for optimizing the configuration of segmented switches in power supply lines focus on the economic operation of the distribution network,with a low emphasis on the reliability of distribution network operation.As a result,when facing power supply lines with multiple branches and complex structures,the switch failure rate is high and cannot effectively reduce power outage losses.Based on this,under the premise of considering the reliability of distribution network operation,in-depth research has been conducted on the optimization configuration method of segmented switches in power supply lines.Establish an optimized configuration model for segmented switches in power supply lines,reflecting the real-time operating conditions of segmented switches.On this basis,an algorithm for optimizing the configuration of segmented switches in power supply lines is designed.Based on the average interruption time of the distribution network after optimization,it is determined whether the segmented switches meet the reliability indicators of the distribution network operation,and the goal of optimizing the configuration of segmented switches is achieved.The experimental analysis results show that after the application of the proposed method,the average failure rate of distribution network operation is significantly reduced,and the optimization configuration effect has significant advantages.
