矿山安全生产的主要影响因素及管理对策研究

Research on the Main Influencing Factors and Management Measures of Mine Safety Production

当前,各行业逐步明确了安全生产的重要地位,以成本管理为出发点,关注行业人文建设,有效落实各项安全管理工作。本文从人、环、物、法、技各方面,梳理了影响矿山生产安全的因素,相应给出提高矿山生产安全性的管理方法:以考核规范人员生产、风控措施应对环境因素、加强设备管理、建立安全的生产制度、开展技术管理,全方位融合安全思想,保证矿山生产质量,有效消除生产风险。

Currently,various industries have gradually clarified the important position of safety production,starting from cost management,paying attention to the cultural construction of the industry,and effectively implementing various safety management work.This article sorts out the factors that affect mine production safety from various aspects such as human,environmental,material,legal,and technological aspects,and accordingly provides management methods to improve mine production safety:to assess and standardize personnel production,take risk control measures to address environmental factors,strengthen equipment management,establish safe production systems,carry out technical management,comprehensively integrate safety concepts,ensure mine production quality,and effectively eliminate production risks.
