本文旨在探讨熔模精密铸造工艺在现代制造领域的应用和优化。通过对熔模精密铸造工艺的概述,以及工艺参数优化、模具设计、材料选择与性能优化、数值模拟、质量控制与检测方法以及实际应用案例的深入探讨,揭示了这一高级制造技术在航空、汽车、医疗和能源等领域的重要作用,且熔模精密铸造的应用不仅提高了铸件的性能和质量,还促进了制造工艺的创新和发展。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application and optimization of investment precision casting process in modern manufacturing field.The important role of this advanced manufacturing technology in aviation,automotive,medical and energy fields is revealed through the overview of investment mold precision casting process,process parameter optimization,mold design,material selection and performance optimization,numerical simulation,quality control and testing methods and practical application cases.The application of investment precision casting not only improves the performance and quality of parts,but also promotes the innovation and development of manufacturing process.
